A Brave browser issue from January 2021 describes it: "Wicked Reports uses a WickedID query string parameter to track clicks associated with a specific Facebook ad." The issue links Wicked Reports' own help page on tagging a Facebook ad with it.
The examples it collected show the shape: WickedSource=Facebook&WickedID=23846328971330060 on one site, and wickedsource=google&wickedid=437638785839 on another, there next to wickedplacement= and wickedkeyword=. Going by the issue, the value identifies the ad rather than the person who clicked it.
Why it is worth removing
The Brave issue gives the reason: "Since Facebook ads can be very finely targeted, this is potentially much broader targeting" than a campaign-level tag. A link carrying the ad ID tells the site which narrowly targeted ad reached you, and forwarding it passes that on.
How LinkClean removes it
